In 2007, Suzanne Boas and Glenn Austin helped CCCS break new ground as the agency experienced unprecedented growth and demand for its services. As President of the agency and Chairman of the Board of Directors respectively, Boas and Austin provided strategic leadership as CCCS expanded its services and opened new facilities to confront the current foreclosure crisis. In 2007, the agency partnered with the Homeownership Preservation Foundation on the Project HOPE campaign. Boas and Austin were instrumental in raising awareness throughout the community of this important initiative. CCCS also opened the Gwinnett Service Center, which can accommodate up to 100 employees who provide telephone and Internet counseling to clients nationwide.
